We strive to accurately describe all of our items for sale. In general most of our parts are used and some have been in service for years, so do not expect new condition unless the listing says "New". If there are significant flaws they will be described in the eBay listing or in the photographs. We reply to email questions asap. Buyer is responsible for checking to make sure the part will fit their particular vehicle.

We have numerous payment options available for you. PAYPAL payments are preferred. If fact, we would really like you to use PAYPAL because it is very safe and convienent for everyone. Foreign buyers must use PAYPAL unless you email me ahead of time to set up an alternate payment method. U.S. buyers may also mail the payment to our home office in the form of a CERTIFIED BANK CHECK, CASHIER'S CHECK, MONEY ORDER, or PERSONAL CHECK (with a waiting period for the check to clear bank.)

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: We ship internationally by U.S.P.S. but charge international shipping rates plus a $12.00 processing and delivery fee to the Post Office. (We are sorry but do not have time to email requests for foreign shipping rates - you will have to estimate that yourself.)

TAX: Residents of Washington State will be charged 8.3% sales tax

RETURN POLICY AND WARRANTY

RETURN POLICY: Should you receive your part & for some reason you are not satisfied, please contact us directly so we can get things sorted. Everyone makes mistakes & we stand behind everything we sell. We try to give all our items accurate and detailed descriptions but perceptions can vary especially when you are describing used car parts. Returns will be accepted on a case by case basis. You must notify us BEFORE returning any item. Returned items must be in the same condition as originally shipped. If we approve a return and the item was boughten through our eBay Store, you will receive back your original purchase price less 10% to cover eBay selling fees lost. If it is our mistake we will refund the return shipping. Lost or damaged shipments are only covered if insurance is purchased by the buyer. If you would like SHIPPING INSURANCE, give us word beforehand. No returns approved beyond 100 days from date of invoice.
